On April 24, 2018, the EU Corner in Kuçova Municipality organized a meeting in the premises of the Youth Center of this city, with young girls and boys from the Roma and Egyptian communities from the rural areas of this municipality,

The EU Local Coordinator provided the youth with information on the purpose of having an EU Corner in this municipality, its method of operation, various promotional materials on the European Union located in the premises of this Corner, as well as explained how this Corner could be of help and assistance to them.

On 29 April 2018, the EU Corner in Kuçova Municipality in cooperation with the Youth Center and the Underadio project organized a visit to the Municipality of Belsh.

Young people were welcomed at a meeting by the EU Coordinator in Belsh Municipality, who informed the young people on the city of Belsh, its history, the most important heritage and cultural activities taking place in this city.

On April 30, 2018, the EU Corner in the Korça Municipality organized an informative meeting with students of the secondary school “Sevasti Qirjazi” of this city.

During the meeting, students were informed on European institutions, their role and functions. At the same time, they attended a full presentation on the functioning and responsibilities of the EU Corner in the city of Korça, and the reason why this Corner supports with their interests.

In the framework of the Earth Day on April 22, 2018, the EU Corner in the Municipality of Korça, in cooperation with other directorates of the municipality, high schools and Fan Noli University, organized in the hills of the city an activity for planting trees.

The purpose of this activity was to raise the awareness among citizens, paying more attention to the land as well as more greenery for Korca on Earth Day!

200 young seedlings were planted in the hills of the city by high school students, pedagogues and students of the 'Fan S. Noli' university.

On 9 May 2018, about 20 students of the secondary school “Democracy” of this city paid a visit to the EU Corner in Korça municipality.

During this informative visit, the students became acquainted with the history and the pathway of the EU from its establishment/creation up to the present day.

They had also the chance to get acquainted with other information materials about the European Union, available at this Corner.
