Perrenjas, May 9th 2019 – In the framework of “Europe Week”, for which the coordinators of The European Integration Units in all 61 Municipalities of Albania have organized celebrations with the support of the “Municipalities for Europe” project, the students of Perrenjas had a very special idea.

The kids of “Qybra Sokoli” elementary school chose to celebrate Europe Week by making with their own hands the European Mural, with artistic abilities that adults could envy.

In the framework of “Europe Week”, the European Integration and Foreign Assistance Coordination Unit in the Municipality of Kurbin, in cooperation with Elementary School Nr. 3 in Lac, organized two school projects:

LIBRAZHD, May 9th 2019 – On Europe Day, The European Integration and Foreign Assistance Coordination Unit in the Municipality of Librazhd, in cooperation with the City Council Cabinet, organized a meeting between the Youth Board and decision makers and directors in the Municipality. 

Përmet, May 9th 2019 – In the framework of Europe Day the European Integration and Foreign Assistance Coordination Unit in the Municipality of Përmet, distributed brochures and leaflets about European Union.

On May 9th, a stand with brochures and leaflets about the EU was placed outside of the Multifunctional Centre, where the EU Corner is in the Municipality of Përmet.

The Head of the Integration Unit explained to the ones interested the meaning and importance of Europe Day, emphasizing the role of the EU Corner.

TROPOJE, May 8th – The heads of Tropoja’s school senates, teachers, coordinators of student bodies and school leaders gathered around a discussing session held at the City Hall of Tropoja, called “Hear us too!”

The City Council Chairman, Mr. Imer Hoxha and Deputy Mayor Feride Rrahmanaj were also active participants in the meeting.
