Activities of the EU Corners continue in all the municipalities of Albania. 14 May 2018 marked a very important activity for Bulqiza, as the city’s EU Corner, in cooperation with the Municipalities for Europe Project and the City Hall, organized the International Week of the Environment and that of Youth in the form of a thematic debate followed by a competition on logic and knowledge among the young.

The Municipality of Vau i Dejes in cooperation with the EU Corner of this municipality organized in Bushat the event “Agro Trade Bushati”, which for more than 10 years has become a target center for many agro-agricultural producers in Shkodra region, but also further. 

This event is at the same time organized in the framewoiork of the local “Flower Day” festival, which is an ancient tradition of this region.

Freedom of the press in our country and the European Union! Where does the fourth power begin and where does it end? How much is the code of ethics respected today by journalists?

This was the theme discussed today in the city of Fier, in a debate with professionals and citizens, organized by the project “Municipalities for Europe” in cooperation with the EU corner and the municipality of this city, in the framework of the World Press Freedom Day.

"Health and Safety at Work", was the title of the Conference organized today in Gjirokastra by the EU Corner of this city in cooperation with the project "Municipalities for Europe" and the Municipality of Gjirokastra.

This activity was organized under the symbolism of two very important days: April 28, the "International Day of Health and Safety at Work" as well as the 1st May, "International Workers Day".

On the occasion of the Earth Day, the EU Corner in the Municipality of Përmet in cooperation with the "Municipalities for Europe" project organized the ExpoForum "Promotion and quality of local products". This forum brought together farmers, local businesses, local authorities, central authorities and other stakeholders to discuss the challenges that local producers need to take into account in order to access the European market.
