Municipalities for Europe project, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior of Albania. Organised during 22 and 23 of May 2018, a two days training with the EU local coordinators of EU Desks in all the Albanian Municipalities focusing on increasing the capacities of the local government in Albania in relation to the European integration.
This training was offered from the TAIEX experts: TAIEX - Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument of the European Commission
Addressing this training, Mr. Orlando Fusco Task manager for the Good Governance at the EU Delegation in Albania stressed that: It is crucial to ensure follow up to the concrete outputs and findings of the mapping report, from the EU funded project, "Municipalities for Europe". It made very clear to us all, how important municipalities are to the development of Albania. There is a lot that Municipalities can do by themselves. You should first see where your municipality stands and make improvements that will be identifiable in the next report.
