The Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA) in cooperation with "Municipalities for Europe", a project financed by the European Union, as well as the "Local Finances" project, started a series of trainings on "Successful management and change management"!
On November 2nd-3rd, 2022, representatives of the senior management team of local government institutions were part of the first module of this program, which consists of a total of 5 modules.
"Understanding in practice the management and leadership role, as well as leading and change management", were the topics covered during the first module.
The program consists of 10 topics, grouped into 5 modules. Each module will be covered in a 2-3 days training.
Second module: November 16th-17th, 2022;
Third and fourth modules (first part): November 30th -December 1st-2nd, 2022;
Fourth module (second part) and fifth: December 13th -14th -15th, 2022.
