The Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA), the main partner of the Municipalities for Europe Project, during an online meeting with all the heads of European Integration Units in the municipalities of Albania, presented the Draft Report on the Training Needs for the Local Government.
The findings of this report will also form the basis of the training curriculum throughout the implementation of the project "Municipalities for Europe", with regards to the European integration processes.
The meeting with the Heads of the Integration Units was greeted by the Director of ASPA, Mrs. Klea Maliqi, who spoke about the importance of assessing the need for training of the local administration staff in general, while appreciating the partnership with the project Municipalities for Europe and the staff of the integration units, "one of the most structured networks at the local level ”she said.
During the meeting, the European Integration Units gave their opinions on this important process, while the Project Manager, Jolanda Trebicka and the Training Manager, Alda Dekovi spoke about the plan for the implementation of this curriculum during the series of trainings that will be developed by the project Municipalities for Europe.
