The Albanian government's initiative to reduce plastic bags has started to give the first effects even in the Fushë-Arrëz municipality.
In this perspective, the group of young people in the study circle “Creative Recycling” in Fushë-Arrëz, supported by “Agroapuka” and 'We Effect', two organizations operating in this region, in cooperation with the EU corner of this city, carried out an awareness campaign for the exclusion of plastic bags.
During their activity, they met with the Fushë-Arrëz Municipality administration staff, the community and businesses, where they symbolically donated handbags made by artisan women through a project funded by the European Union and implemented by “Reggio Terzo Mondo” in the territory of this municipality.
