On 30 March 2018, the EU Corner in the municipality of Klos, in cooperation with the city hall, students from secondary schools and different citizens, organized an activity for cleaning the city in the framework of the initiative “Clean our city”.
“Clean environment - a healthy life” - was the logo that was presented to the children of Klos City schools by the EU Corner.
The activity was organized in two components; in its first part the focus was more on the revelation of awareness messages in various forms by students who had prepared different posters and a diversified artistic repertoire for participants who took part in the initiative to clean the city. During this activity, the EU Team informed the participants on EU policies and initiatives in the field of environment.
Furthermore, under the auspices of the EU Corner and the City Hall, all the participants in the activity provided their direct contribution to the cleaning of some areas in the city.
