On April 17, 2018, the EU Corner in Kuçova Municipality organized a meeting on gender equality with children/young people of the Underadio project.
During this meeting, the youth were informed by the EU Local Coordinator in this municipality, on the terminology related to gender equality, violence against women, gender mainstreaming. A detailed description of the European Union's Gender Equality Agenda was provided to young people.
During the second half of the meeting, young people were divided into working groups where they discussed on the issues of gender equality in the family, school and community in which they live. Later on, these issues were presented to the whole group. During the presentations there were numerous discussions in which the youth provided their suggestions.
