The EU Council in the municipality of Mirdita organized on December 26-28, 2017a three-day program on “Learning about the European Union” with young girls and boys from the high school of Rrëshen City.
During this activity, the EU Corner Coordinator in Mirdita made a short presentation about the functioning of the EU Corner in this city as well as the services and opportunities that this corner offers depending on the needs and interests of young people.
Also, Mrs. Daci, together with the deputy Coordinator Mrs. Borana Pepa, made a presentation about the European Union, its history, from its establishment to the present day, the EU structures as well as its most important institutions.
At the same time, during this meeting, the students were given general information on the education and training programs of the European Union, suitable for their age group.
The meeting continued with a questions and answers session, in a form of competition between the two groups, testing this way the students' knowledge on the important dates, structure and history of the European Union.
