In the framework of “Europe Week 2019”, the EU Corner in the Municipality of Finiq, managed by the Directorate of Education, Culture, Tourism, Environment and the EU Programs, in cooperation with the directorates of the Finiq and Mesopotamia elementary schools, organized a contest on “EU – An opportunity for the youth”.
The students, with help from their history and geography teachers, had prepared thoroughly for the contest and showed excellent knowledge on the EU institutions, it’s history since creation and the various stages of the enlargement process, as well as the opportunities that will be created for Albanian citizens after the accession in the EU. At the end of the activity, participation certificates were given to the students and teachers engaged in the contest.
