In the framework of 16 days of activism, the Municipality of Pogradec in cooperation with the association "Me, Woman", and representatives from the Police Department, organized on November 25th, 2019 a meeting with students of the "Kozma Basho" school in Pogradec where they discussed violence, institutions and the laws that protect us. Students were provided with informational leaflets and awareness materials and messages were given as part of this global campaign against Gender Based Violence.
It was the students themselves who loudly claimed:
"I choose not to submit"
"Don't be silent, silence incites violence."
