The European Integration and Foreign Assistance Unit and the Tropoja Municipality celebrated Christmas in a special way this year.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, in the presence of Minister Klosi, was inaugurated the Visitors' Center in Valbona Park or "Valbona, Tourist Center", which is an investment of the Albanian Development Fund. The photo book "Albanian Alps from the Air" of Photographer Alket Islami was promoted as well. This album has over 290 images, rare photos of the beauties of our Alps, taken from the air and is accompanied by explanatory notes in English, thus making it a good advertisement for mountain tourism which seem to shout "Come to our Alps, come to the myths".
EU Integration Unit, together with the Municipality, in addition to promotional speeches, organized also an artistic program comprising authentic folk songs and dances of the area.
