The European Integration Unit in the Municipality of Tropoja in cooperation with the Mayor and the 7 (seven) high schools in the district of Tropoja, organized in the historical museum of the city the activity called "In Europe with knowledge".
Knowledge is the golden key to a successful future. Thus, this activity was focused on exemplary high school students and aimed to evaluate their achievements in education and socialization. Representatives from Tropoja Municipality, high school principals, teachers and parents were invited.
During the activity, students presented through various performances their knowledge of the European Union under the motto "United in Diversity". The performances were in the form of essays, presentations, discussions as well as drawings and art works themed on EU.
The students were awarded with certificates by the Mayor Mr. Rexhe Byberi for their excellent results and for their excellent examples in culture and education.
In the meantime, to further enhance the capacity of the European Union, the EIU distributed to excellence students symbolic gifts such as: materials with the logo of the "Municipalities for Europe" project and the book "European and International Social Law".
The event was followed by an artistic program that aimed to give a whole festive atmosphere. The EIU of Tropoja with the contribution of local business organized also a closing cocktail for high school principals, teachers and parents of excellent students that attended the event.
