On the 17th of May 2019, the Municipality of Shkodra organized an activity about the “Promoting values, cultural heritage and domestic products”, in the Administrative Unit of Berdica.
This activity was organized with the intention of promoting cultural and natural heritage, agricultural and livestock products, as well as the new agro-processing realities happening in the area, that significantly affect the socio-economic development of the territory of the Administrative Unit of Berdica.
Part of this activity were also some arts and sports activities, organized by the EU Corner in Shkodra, along with the students of “Federik Gjoni” high school, in Berdica.
The activity included a visit in the fair of local product’s as well as tasting traditional dishes.
The youth learned a lot from the Coordinator of the EU Corner in the Municipality of Shkodra, on how the EU Corner works, as well as on the important information they can access there. They also got informed on the main focus of this year’s Europe Week, “The Power of Youth”, as well as on the messages conveyed by the European Delegation for greater engagement and the involvement of youth in the decision making process of their communities.
